As a Reflexologist, Reiki and Mindfulness practitioner, I look beyond your symptoms to care for your whole self. Each session integrates the physical release of reflexology with the soothing energy of second-degree Reiki, creating a peaceful sanctuary where both your body and mind can deeply rest, heal, and reset."
I offer weekday and some evening Reflexology and Reiki appointments (see Treatments) from my dedicated therapy room in Bracklesham Bay especially designed for your comfort, privacy and relaxation. Serving the localities of The Witterings, Chichester and surrounding areas.
If mobility is difficult, I can sometimes provide a home visit - please enquire.
Treatment Vouchers are available upon request.
